Fees

Our fee structure is entirely transparent and reflects a successful completion.

Fees for renting a property

On short or long term property rentals, we charge an initial registration fee of £250.00 which is deductible from our final account.

Our fees on rental properties, payable on signature of a binding tenancy agreement of up to one year, are one month’s rent.

We have a minimum fee of £1,200.00 payable on signature of a binding tenancy agreement.

If the tenancy extends beyond one year, a further fee equal to one month’s rent is payable on each anniversary of the date of commencement of the tenancy (with a minimum fee of £1,200.00 payable on each anniversary of the tenancy).

Fees for buying a property

We charge an initial registration fee of £1,000.00 which is deductible from our final account.
Our fees on property purchases, payable on exchange of contracts, are 1.5%-2% of the purchase price or, if greater, 10% of the saving we achieve for you between the original asking price as detailed in the selling agent’s published sales particulars and the purchase price you actually agree to pay on exchange of contracts.

We have a minimum fee of £5,000.00, payable on exchange of contracts, on your purchase.

Fees for registration with Utility Companies

For a separate fee of £400.00 we will set up accounts for you with the various utility companies providing gas, electricity and water to your home; the telephone company providing telephone and broadband services; register you with the appropriate local government authority for the payment of local Council Tax (collected to pay for local services such as education, rubbish collection, libraries, care for the elderly, the police and fire services); and obtain at your expense (present cost £145.50) a television licence which is required to enable you to watch free to air television programmes in your home.

On-going Management Services

We also offer a comprehensive and on-going management service which can be tailored to your precise needs at a realistic cost to ensure that throughout your stay in the UK routine and exceptional tasks and responsibilities are taken care of by us on your behalf. Fees will vary dependent on the services you require.
